Idaho State University
Idaho State University (ISU), founded in 1901 is doctoral research high and teaching institution. It is regarded as the state's top institution in health careers and medical education. The main campus in Pocatello spans 1000 acres. Additional locations are in Idaho Falls, Meridian, and Twin Falls.
Campus life provides students with many things to get involved in such as fine arts, cinema, outdoor events and much more. Notable alumni include William Petersen of CSI: Las Vegas and Jared Allen, a defensive end with the Minnesota Vikings. Multiple other former and current NFL and NBA players have attended ISU.
